5.1 The Prize Winners will be notified by email and/or phone after Thursday 11 April 2024. 5.2 Prizes will be sent by email to the winner’s supplied email address. 5.3 In order to receive a Prize, TAFE SA reserves the right to request proof of identity, proof of current student status.5.4 TAFE SA’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.1 By completing and submitting the survey, all participants acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions described herein.
6.2 In addition, participants will grant TAFE SA a perpetual, royalty free licence and all rights necessary to enable TAFE SA to use the entry and any content within it for the purpose of future improvements and development, including social media.
6.3 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, TAFE SA (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this survey.
7.1 TAFE SA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
7.2 If for any reason this survey is not capable of running as planned, due to these causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of TAFE SA which corrupt or affect the administrative security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this survey, TAFE SA reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the survey.
