At TAFE SA we take all comments made to us seriously, whether they are complaints or feedback.

  • A complaint is when you're unhappy with a service or product and would like us to fix or resolve a problem
  • Feedback is when you have positive or negative comments about a service, but you don't need a response. Feedback can include compliments about the service you've received.

 

Current students are encouraged to discuss any issues or concerns directly with your lecturer or program support officer in the first instance.

Students can use the online form to provide submit any complaints or feedback, and choose whether you would like to be contacted about your issue.
