Your password expires every 90 days. Keep it secure and do not share it with anyone, as you are responsible for all activity on your account.

Your personal email address is automatically registered when you enrol. This allows you to reset your password at any time. A verification code will be sent to your registered email or mobile to confirm your identity.

Reset your password

If you forget your password and cannot sign in, use reset password and follow the steps listed.

  • Enter your TAFE SA email address or registered mobile number
  • Follow the prompts
  • Enter the verification code
  • Create a new password

Update your password (before it expires)

If you are signed in and want to update your current password.

  1. Go to password settings
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter and confirm your new password

Update your contact details

Keep your contact details up to date so you can receive verification codes. We recommend you do this at the start of each semester

Do this while your password is still active.

  • Go to register your details
  • Sign in with your TAFE SA email and password
  • Add or update your personal email or mobile number
