All completed, valid, entries will go in the draw to win a 1 out of 5 $50 gift vouchers. The winners of the gift vouchers will be selected by a random draw.
All entries to the survey may be used for future improvements and development regardless of prizes won. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this survey.
Entry into the survey will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

There will be five prize winners who will receive a $50 pre-paid gift voucher each for the campus facilities survey. The prize winner will be randomly drawn from the entry pool after Sunday 23 August 2026.

1.1 The survey is only open to entrants who were requested to participate by direct email from TAFE SA.
Employees of, and contractors engaged by, TAFE SA and their immediate families are ineligible.1.2 All valid entries are automatically entered into the draw.1.3 Inappropriate or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, delayed or misdirected entries.1.4 Any entrant found to be using multiple email accounts to enter the survey may be disqualified at TAFE SA’s sole discretion.

4.1 All Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. TAFE SA is not responsible for any additional costs associated with use of the Prize. 4.2 TAFE SA accepts no responsibility for any loss, damages, or injury incurred to enter the survey or in connection with taking up the prizes.4.3 Once prizes have left the prize supplier’s premises, no responsibility is taken for prizes damaged, delayed, or lost.
5.1 Prize winners will be notified by email and/or phone after Monday 3 August 2026. 5.2 Prize will be sent by email to the winner’s supplied email address. 5.3 In order to receive a prize, TAFE SA reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of current student status.5.4 TAFE SA’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6.1 By completing and submitting the survey, all participants acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions described herein.
6.2 In addition, participants will grant TAFE SA a perpetual, royalty free licence and all rights necessary to enable TAFE SA to use the entry and any content within it for the purpose of future improvements and development, including social media.
6.3 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, TAFE SA (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this survey.
7.1 TAFE SA assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to, or alterations of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.
7.2 If for any reason this survey is not capable of running as planned, due to these causes including, but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of TAFE SA which corrupt or affect the administrative security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this survey, TAFE SA reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the survey.
