Make your smile a priority this Dental Health Week

Jul 28, 2026

Dental Health Week runs from 3 to 9 August, and this year's theme, "My Smile ", is all about young Australians aged 18 to 25.

The campaign encourages you to make oral health a priority through regular dental check-ups, healthy daily habits, and trusted health advice from qualified professionals.

Between study, work and everything else, dental care can slip down the priority list. But building good habits now can help you avoid bigger problems later. This year's campaign covers topics especially relevant to young adults, including wisdom teeth, sports mouthguards, and how sugary and acidic drinks affect your teeth.
