Through Student Voice, where students and staff come together to improve student life, we heard that end of semester is one of the most demanding times of the year. Free printing for June is one of the ways we're listening to your feedback.

How it works

Log in at any campus print station as you normally would. Your account will still show your credit balance on screen, but you won't be charged when you print.

You may notice the option to top up your balance is temporarily unavailable. This is intentional, so you don't add credit while printing is free.

From July 1 2026, standard printing costs will resume across all campuses.

Support available to you this semester

Free printing is part of our end of semester support for you. You can also access:

• Counselling Services: personal, career, financial and learning support from our counsellors.

• Study Skills Hub: help with assignments, study techniques and time management.

• Technical Support : help with devices, passwords, wifi and our systems.

• Library Services: access to resources, research support and library facilities across campus.
