Have Your Say: Feedback & Complaints at TAFE SA

May 06, 2026

At TAFE SA, your voice matters. Whether you have a suggestion, a compliment, or a concern, feedback and complaints are an important way for us to improve your experience and deliver better outcomes for all students.

Why your feedback is important

Sometimes, we may not be aware of issues affecting your learning or campus experience. By sharing your feedback, you help us:

  • Identify and resolve problems more quickly
  • Improve services for you and other students
  • Work together to achieve positive outcomes

Giving feedback also gives TAFE SA the opportunity to acknowledge your concerns and take meaningful action.

What's the difference?

  • Complaint: When you’re unhappy with a service or product and would like it resolved
  • Feedback: General comments (positive or negative), including compliments, where you may not need a response

No matter what you share, all comments are taken seriously.

How to provide feedback or make a complaint

We encourage you to start by having a conversation:

  • Speak with your lecturer or program support officer
  • Visit your campus Student Hub
  • Call TAFE SA on 1800 882 661

Often, a quick chat can resolve concerns before they build up.

If you’d prefer, you can also:

  • Email: feedback@tafesa.edu.au
  • Submit your feedback or complaint online

When submitting online, you can choose whether you would like to be contacted about your issue.

What happens next?

  • All complaints are treated seriously and confidentially
  • You will not be treated differently for raising a concern
  • You can expect a formal response within 14 days (for most cases)
  • If your matter is more complex, we will keep you informed

If you are not satisfied with the response you receive, you can lodge a follow-up through the online form.

Let’s work together

Speaking up helps create a better experience for everyone at TAFE SA. Whether it’s a quick conversation or a formal submission, your feedback helps shape a stronger, more supportive learning environment.
