You can now download a free, official record of your vocational education and training (VET) online. 

From your phone, tablet, or laptop, you can get a copy of your VET transcript. It's a government-verified document that lists all your nationally recognised training since 1 January 2015.

Want to get started?

1. Visit the Unique Student Identifier (USI) Student Portal: Access the website to create your account or log in if you already have one. 
2. Log in to the USI Student Portal: Select 'View VET Transcript', read and accept the terms, choose which records to include, then download or share.
3. Share your transcripts: Use the QR code or secure link to send them to an employer, training provider or licensing body.

The USI VET transcript can help you: 

• Keep a safe digital copy of your training
• show your qualifications when applying for jobs
• apply for credit transfer when studying again
• meet course or licence entry requirements.
