Five friends accidentally cause a deadly car accident. Instead of facing the consequences, they choose to cover it up and make a pact to keep it secret. A year later, their past returns to haunt them: someone knows what they did last summer and wants revenge. One by one, a killer begins stalking them. They soon find out this has happened before. So, they ask two survivors of the famous Southport Massacre of 1997 for help.
