You can now contact the National Student Ombudsman (NSO) is here to support students with concerns about their higher education provider. 

Whether you're a current, former, or future student, you can safely and confidentially raise issues such as:

• safety and wellbeing
• racisms or racial abuse
• discrimination
• gender-based violence
• course administration and processes

You don't need to navigate it alone. The NSO is here to support you and help find a fair solution. 

The NSO doesn't cover VET courses. if you're enrolled in a VET course, contact the Commonwealth Ombudsman.
