In celebration of International Women's Day, we're inviting you to a special streaming event featuring guest speaker Rachel Perkins. 

Rachel is a proud Arrernte and Kalkadoon woman, and one of Australia’s most significant storytellers, with a career spanning over 30 years. As a writer, director, and producer, she has created acclaimed works that not only inspires the next generation of creators but also champions gender equity and reconciliation. Her dedication to storytelling, education, and advocacy ensures that Indigenous voices and histories remain integral to Australia’s cultural narrative.

This year, Rachel is participating in the Adelaide International Women's Day breakfast, Australia's biggest IWD celebration and powerful event featuring incredible and inspiring women who advocate for equality and empowerment worldwide. 

Join us for some light refreshments and watch Rachel Perkins' inspiring presentation in a special recorded session at the following selected campuses:

• Adelaide City Campus on Tuesday 11 March from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm- Ground Floor Atrium.
• Port Pirie Campus on Wednesday 12 March from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm- Student Hub.
• Gilles Plains Campus on Wednesday 12 March from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm- South Staff Lounge.
• Whyalla campus on Wednesday 12 March from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm- Student Hub. 
• Noarlunga Campus on Thursday 13 March from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm- W132 (former café in West Wing).
