Scheduled Maintenance - MyTAFE SA

Some users may be presented with a white screen when they try to open MyTAFE SA, restricting their ability to log in.

You can either try using an "in private" or "incognito" window or clear your internet browser cache following the instructions below:

  1. Open your internet browser
  2. On your keyboard, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys together
  3. A window will appear to clear browsing data
  4. Select the following items:
  1. Download history
  2. Cookies and other site data
  3. Cached images and files
  1. Click “Clear data” or “Clear now” to remove the cache.
  2. Close the internet browser.

You should now be able to successfully access MyTAFE SA following your usual method.
