Depending on the course you’re studying, there will be specific dates you’ll need to know about that relate to just that course, but there are also some key dates that apply to many students that you can access through the site calendar.  

Semester 1 2021

2020
Monday 3 AugustOpen – Applications open for courses starting in Semester 1 2021.
Tuesday 24 November CAR and Selection criteria completion date 
Complete course admission and selection criteria requirements by this date to be considered in 4 December offer round.
Wednesday 2 December Change of Preference (COP) – Course preferences cannot be added, removed or re-ordered in submitted applications from midnight until Friday 4 December.
Wednesday 2 December to Friday 4 December First Offer Round Processing – SATAC prepares for the first offer round.
Some services will be unavailable for short periods.
Friday 4 December December Offer Round - Offers will be available online from 12 noon.
Tuesday 29 DecemberComplete Course Admission Requirements by this date to be considered in the first January offer round.

 2021

 Monday 4 JanuaryChange of Preference (COP) – Course preferences cannot be added, removed or re-ordered in submitted applications from midnight until Friday 8 January.

There is no application fee.

Applications for Semester 2, 2021 will open on Monday 26 April 2021.

Applications for Semester 1, 2022 will open on Monday 2 August 2021.
