We've officially launched our new digital certificates. You'll now be able to receive a range of certificates directly from your TAFE SA student email account, including:

  • parchments and academic transcripts
  • statements of attainment.

  • Accessible anytime, anywhere. Gain instant access to your certified qualifications from the comfort of your home or while on the move.
  • Effortless sharing. You can share your digital certificates with prospective employers with a few clicks.
  • On-demand printing. Print your qualifications whenever you need, ensuring you have a hard copy available when required.

How It Works

Certificates such as your: 

  • parchment and academic transcript
  • statement of attainment
will now be digitally issued. An email from My eQuals will be sent to your TAFE SA Student email account when available. Make sure you've set your TAFE SA student emails to forward to your personal email so you don't miss out. 

Once you have the email, you'll be able to register on the My eQuals platform. From there, you can view, share, download, or print your certificate. 

Getting a hardcopy version

If you'd like to receive a hardcopy version of your certificate, you'll need to let us know by changing your preferences in MyTAFE SA. Just head to MyTAFE SA, select Self Service, login and then change your preference. If you choose to receive a hardcopy of your certificate, we'll post it to your address. 

You can also choose to receive a digital and hardcopy version of your certificate. You'll need to pay a $50 fee and complete this form to let us know.
