National Reconciliation Week

May 23, 2019

national reconciliation week

National Reconciliation Week runs from 27 May to 3 June and this year TAFE SA has created some iconic events based on the 2019 theme 'Grounded in Truth - Walk Together with Courage'.

The main events are listed below, but there were also a series of other events and information about Reconciliation Week on the Department of the Premier and Cabinet website.

If you couldn't make it to any of the events, we invited all TAFE SA staff and students to simply go for a walk and think about what reconciliation means to you. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history, culture, and reconciliation.

For more information on the NRW theme, the #NRW2019 Campaign, and further resources, please go to the National Reconciliation Week website.

We encourage our staff and students to share photos from the week by tagging @tafesa and using the hashtag #NRW2019.
