Resilience enhances your ability to cope with stressful situations or disappointments when they arise and accept and manage your emotions. Resilience helps you to successfully adapt and adjust. Being resilient means being positive, resourceful and optimistic, and this can help achieve success in life (adapted from Dr Helen Stallman Staying On Track program).
