Support Desk

The Student IT Support Desk returns on 1 August for three weeks only.

The Support Desk is a joint project where our IT students get the opportunity to practice the skills they have learnt in the classroom, and help other students with their technology related questions.   The Support Desk is run collaboratively with the IT students, supported by  TAFE SA's professional team of ICT Services staff. 


Visit the desk to learn how to: 

  • Connect to Wi-Fi
  • Reset your password
  • Install Office 365
  • plus, ask any troubleshooting questions for your phone, laptop or tablet!


Weekdays only
  • 1-12 August: 8.30 am – 3.30 pm
  • 15-19 August: 10.00 am – 1.30 pm

  • Contact your local Student Hub or the TAFE SA Customer Support Team (1800 882 661) to connect to the Student IT Support Desk by phone.
