We recognise that the current situation in Afghanistan may be causing great concern or distress, particularly those students who have experience trauma or are worried about the welfare of friends, family or loved ones.
Student Services provides free and confidential Counselling and Welfare support to all enrolled students in a safe, private, and confidential space.
If you require support, please get in touch with one of our Student Counsellors via the booking system on the Student Website at Student Counselling. Interpreting services can be arranged if required.
If you have specific questions about your studies, please discuss them with your lecturer in the first instance. If you need further assistance, our Student Services team can be contacted via email or by phoning 1800 882 661.
In association with the Australian Migrant Resource Centre and the Afghan United Association of SA, TAFE SA are supporting the delivery of a number of Information and consultation workshops at Adelaide and Salisbury through the Afghan Community Services Hub, on Thursday 9th September (in Adelaide and Salisbury), and on Tuesday 14th September (in Adelaide).
