In support of RUOK? Day on 10 September, TAFE SA invites students to join our "Little Changes Challenge".

The challenge involves nominating a small change such as drinking one less coffee each day, adding steps to your daily walk or something else that may improve your wellbeing and sticking to it for seven days. Start today and repeat tomorrow, it's that easy!

Simply download the tracking sheet and take inspiration from our #LittleChangesChallenge ambassadors who will be posting on TAFE SA’s social media. 

The Little Changes Challenge has been developed as a result of our ongoing connection with Relationships Australia South Australia and the Port Adelaide Suicide Prevention Network, focusing on finding ways to help students and staff.
